How to mail enable a public folder in Exchange 2003 server
If you want to receive emails directly to a public folder so users can access it from a central location
1. Open exchange system manage
2. Drill down to Folders/Public folders/foldername
3. Right click and select All tasks -> Mail enable

mail enable public folder
To set/check the email address, right click on the folder and go to properties then the E-mail address tab
