Outlook Error “Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window.”

When you load up Outlook, you might receive the message “Cannot Start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook Window”
To solve this issue, simply Go to START –> RUN
Type in dialog box “Outlook.exe /resetnavpane”
