When attempting to access Outlook Mobile Access (OMA) you receive the following error:
“Item no longer exists. The item you are attempting to access may have been deleted or moved.”

Running a Windows 2003 and Exchange 2003 if users are having problems with using ActiveSync to the exchange server, I first check that I can login as a user will be outlook mobile access by going to http:\\mail.companyname.com\oma

Out of the box activesynce doesn’t work. Not very helpful. You may be getting the following errors trying to activesync to the server:

You receive the following error message:
