Updating the exchange outlook address book now!

When you make changes to user permissions or create new addresses, these changes can take a while to appear in users outlook, particularly if they are using offline caching. To force updates to the address book immediately do the following:

• Open Exchange System Manager
• Expand “Recipients”
• Select “Offline Address Lists”
• Right click the address list to update and select “Rebuild”

On the client PC

In outlook go to Tools -> Send/Receive -> Download Address Book…
On the “Offline Address Book” dialog click [OK]
