Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how King Computer Solutions Pty Ltd (“KCS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, holds, uses and discloses your personal information, and how we handle automated decision-making, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Information We Collect
We collect personal information when we provide our services to you, including your name, contact details, occupation, and occasionally credit card details.
How We Use and Share Your Information
We may provide your information to other parties to register products or services, or as otherwise needed to deliver our services to you.
Automated Decision-Making
KCS does not currently use a computer program to make a decision, or to do anything substantially and directly related to making a decision, that could reasonably be expected to significantly affect your rights or interests without human review.
We use AI assistants to help our staff handle calls and troubleshoot client issues. Any diagnosis, recommendation or action arising from this is reviewed and carried out by our staff – these tools do not make decisions about you or take action on your account automatically.
If this changes – for example, if we introduce a tool that makes this kind of decision automatically – we will update this section to describe the kinds of personal information used and the kinds of decisions made, consistent with our obligations under the Australian Privacy Principles.
Data Security
We implement physical and electronic security measures to protect your personal information, including restricting physical access to our offices and the use of firewalls and secure databases.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
